If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order details and clear photos so we can help you quickly.

a replacement, or a refund where appropriate.

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are made to order or clearly produced on demand, provided this is clearly communicated before purchase.
