Are your products in stock?
No, all of our products are made to order. Each item is produced especially for you once your order is placed.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery consists of production and shipping time. On average, this takes between 6 and 30 business days, depending on the product and destination. You can find more detailed information on our Shipping Information page.
Can I return my order?
Because all of our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We will always provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made to order through international production partners and shipped from different locations, mainly the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since orders go into production quickly, changes or cancellations can usually only be made shortly after placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make an adjustment.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email (if available). You can use this to follow your shipment via the carrier’s website.
